Making an Appointment
Triage
Bentham Medical Practice run a triage service everyday in the event that you feel you need to speak to a clinician. This enables the clinical team to make contact and see patients who need to be seen the same day for an appointment. You can book yourself onto our triage system by calling the reception team on 015242 61202 who will be happy to help add you to the triage list. Alternatively you can contact our practice using an online form to contact your GP surgery and ask to be added to the triage. Please note that the triage system is worked on throughout the day but URGENT cases will be looked at first by the clinicians on call.
Routine Appointments
For routine appointments with the GP’s, nurses and healthcare assistants, you can call our reception team on 015242 61202 to book in. If you are asked to book in for a routine appointment please feel free to ask us if we are able to send you an SMS booking link where, upon receiving the link, you will have 7 days to make your appointment.
Change or cancel an appointment
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call our reception team on 015242 61202 who will be happy to assist you. On-Line Services
You can now make and cancel appointments, contact the surgery if you have a query, order a repeat prescription and view full details of your medical record including results, documents and consultation details all online. this means that you can do it at a time to suit you without having to call the surgery.
