Covid Vaccination passports can be obtained via the NHS/ MyGP app, however if you are having problems, it can also be done online at: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/get-your-covid-pass-letter/ You fill in some simple details (and will still work if you don’t know your NHS number) then it is posted to you within a few days.
If you know someone who needs one and doesn’t have access to the internet, they can contact 119 and arrange via the phone.
