Cancellations
On average we have about 30 appointments per week that are lost by patients not turning up and not phoning in to cancel.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
OnLine Sevices
You can now make and cancel appointments, contact the surgery if you have a query, order a repeat prescription and view full details of your medical record including results, documents and consultation details all online. this means that you can do it at a time to suit you without having to call the surgery.
