If you are asked to book in for a routine appointment please feel free to ask us if we are able to send you an SMS booking link where, upon receiving the link, you will have 7 days to make your appointment.

Bentham Medical Practice run a triage service everyday in the event that you feel you need to speak to a clinician. This enables the clinical team to make contact and see patients who need to be seen the same day for an appointment.  You can book yourself onto our triage system by calling the reception team or using the online form. Please note that the triage system is worked on throughout the day but URGENT cases will be looked at first by the clinicians on call.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call our reception team on 015242 61202 who will be happy to assist you.

You can now make and cancel appointments, contact the surgery if you have a query, order a repeat prescription and view full details of your medical record including results, documents and consultation details all online. This means that you can do it at a time to suit you without having to call the surgery.
