Dr Louise Morgan Joins the Practice
We are very pleased to announce that Dr Louise Morgan, has become a new partner in the practice. She brings with her a wealth of experience having been a GP since 1998. She has worked in Leeds, Cardiff, Merseyside and Morecambe. She is particularly interested in women's health and minor surgery.

Dr Sullivan’s New Part-time Job
From 4th January 2010, I have reduced the time I spend in the practice to two days a week. The reason is that I have been offered a new job as National Clinical Lead for Primary Care at the NHS Information Centre. The Information Centre is an NHS organisation that is England's central source for managing health and social care information to help local NHS organizations like GP practices and hospitals improve the quality of patient care. Welcome to the Bentham Medical Practice website
Drs Sullivan, McKirdy, Howlett, Astle, Harding and Morgan
We are a five doctor practice providing medical services under a GMS (General Medical Services) contract with the Department of Health. We are based in the town of High Bentham on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. We have a branch surgery in Ingleton and hold drop in surgeries in Wray.
We aim to provide a friendly and accessible service and are committed to giving you the best quality of care. Our team of doctors, practice nurses and administative and management staff work in close partnership with local community nursing teams, therapists and counsellors.
It is our aim to:

Protect and promote the health of patients and the public
Provide a good standard of practice and care
Treat patients as individuals and respect their dignity
Work in partnership with patients
