Did you know that if you are registered with a GP surgery in England and over the age of 13, you can register for an online NHS account. From here you can:
- order repeat prescriptions
- book and manage appointments
- get health information and advice
- view your health record securely
- view your NHS number

Please be aware that in some instances the NHS service may require more ID/information where you would be required to call into the surgery with a form of ID in order for us to supply you with an access code. If this is the case our receptionist on the front desk will be happy to assist in getting this set up for you.
